THE BRIEF

Dallas, Texas has its fair share of luxury car owners — and accompanying Auto Spas. Seeking to expand clientele, Mystic Auto Spa turned to Serravillo to create a standout brand identity and accompanying website to expand operations in Dallas and open the door to new markets.

Initial market studies found something interesting

Nearly all luxury auto spas, not limited to Dallas, have a mundane, “flat” look to them, using design principles reminiscent of 90’s and early 2000s business catalogs. While straightforward, they felt dated. And that is where Mystic Auto Spa’s brand position — and future website — were born.

“It was a balancing act. Our market is a mix of older and younger clientele, so we needed our site to appeal to the masses while still standing out as a fresher, better take on the industry,” said Mystic Auto Spa.

We sought to combine the positive aspects of sites we studied with more modern and visually appealing designs. As Mystic Auto Spa put it, “When people visit our site, they’re expecting us to get straight to the point. If they have to click around to find what they need, they’ll leave.”
